Product Warranty

The warranty is only applicable to the products sold by IPI, and after-sales service is provided by IPI. The product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. To ensure the rights of your product warranty, please be sure to ask the dealer to fill in the warranty information for you and the dealer's store seal stamp on it, and please keep the warranty and purchase certificate properly.


※If the purchase date on the warranty is incorrect, altered, or ambiguous, or if the serial number of the product sent for repair does not match the serial number on the warranty, the product serial number has been altered or cannot be identified, will not perform the free services.


1. Scope of Warranty Terms of Service

1.1 The damage to the warrantied product during the warranty period should be caused by normal use, not caused by natural disasters and man-made damages. Non-natural factors will also void the coverage of the warranty.
1.2 If the warrantied product needs to be sent back for testing, please be sure the warrantied product is in its original package or use a carton box of the same size. It should include cushioning material to avoid damage during transportation.
1.3 If the product failure occurs within 7 days after purchase, please contact the originally purchased dealer for handling.


2. Scope of non-warranty

2.1 Damage caused by natural disasters, man-made and other force majeure factors.
2.2 Direct or indirect damages are caused by dismantling and repairing by unauthorized repair centers or unauthorized spare parts.
2.3 Due to improper packaging or improper transportation way cause the product damaged or lost.


3. Defective replacement standard of the newly purchased product.

3.1 The product cannot be turned on or functions abnormally.
3.2 The appearance of the product has been damaged.
3.3 Keep the complete package and accessories.
3.4 The air purifier filter cannot be returned or replaced after use.
